HGV Skid

Newton Energi also offers a cutting-edge HGV charging solution with our innovative HGV Skid. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of heavy goods vehicle fleets, Newton Energi have engineered exceptional performance capable of Smart Fleet Management. Our standard HGV Skid features two rapid 240kW chargers and eight integrated batteries delivering a total charging power of 480kW.

Our HGV Skid ensures rapid, reliable charging for even the largest of fleets; covering both commercial and industrial applications. This allows an extensive range of electric vehicles to utilise the Newton Energi Skid and cost save via Peak Shaving when not in use.

Peak Shaving

Peak shaving is a strategy for avoiding peak demand charges on the electrical grid by reducing power consumption during intervals of high demand and reducing consumption bills during high tariff periods.

The charging period
